In partnership with Healing Pines Respite, this gentle yoga class offers a supportive, nurturing space for women currently in cancer treatment or up to three years post-treatment. Designed to encourage soft movement, breath, and reconnection in a peaceful natural setting.

A hands-on floral experience using a teacup arrangement to explore intuition, balance, and personal expression. With light guidance to begin, you’ll create your own arrangement and notice how you choose, place, and adjust—revealing your natural tendencies and sense of flow.
