75-minute energizing, intermediate vinyasa flow class. If you can do sun salutation A, this class is for you. Sharon gives individual attention throughout, paying special attention to the students' progress over time. Expect thoughtful cueing and custom adjustment guidance, along with lots of hands-on assists and a feel-good meditation and savasana at the end.
Come find your balance. This 75-minute class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners who want a practice that helps them refine their postures. This Hatha to Yin/Restorative class will have you moving slowly and deliberately for two-thirds of the time and then resting in restorative postures for one-third of the time. You can expect hands-on assists to help you get into poses as well as a feel-good meditation and savasana at the end.
Experience the essence of yoga. through movement, smell, and taste. Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative practice great for both new and advanced practitioners.
